Our perfect Child Within has an amazing capacity to accept things and heal faster than our adult because our mind is not made up about anything. Our Child Within doesn’t live in our ego, and our identity is not yet formed within so change can happen rapidly. This type of acknowledgment moves our hidden child within who feels forgotten and abandoned out of its shadow-self and into our light. It is in the light that can experience play and joy, bridging those same emotions into the present self.
