discover the capacity of our mind to reduce stress, anger, and fatigue learning more about "skillful means," actions based on kindness, respect, honesty, and timeliness we tune in to the reports of our senses and increase awareness of our body
understand the transformative nature of recovery starting to probe the idea that we're not just here to work out our own karma but also that of our family, community, and nation we experience the support of our worlwide community we become socially engaged in projects for the well being of all
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
