It’s never been our goal to have the most followers, and I don’t see why it ever will be. A massive audience holds no power if it has no passion. So instead we focus our energy on the audience we do have, establishing trust and creating meaningful interactions. We are ten stagers aligned with our child within, cultivating advocacy with a strategy driven by the growth of relationships within our ten stage community.

Ten Stage Course promotes positive experiences that contradict a traumatised child's negative expectations are critical to helping the mind to readjust itself.The Ten Stages, identifying with the child within opens a new scenario If our child within is removed from the traumatic environment and provided with a compassionate and nurturing environment, then healing will start to occur and the effects of childhood trauma will be minimised and start to reverse.Truth Trust and Consent must be paramount.
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
