Sitting quietly in the sanctuary of my garden office

Sitting quietly in the sanctuary of my garden office, I became moved to examine a large pile of cushions. I removed the pile and an old envelope fell out I opened the envelope and a number of pictures slid out, they were not the ones I had carried in my minds eye for this one remains in Spain, but they triggered my child within and the memorys cascaded down the years unlocking strange memories of my ancestors and the secrets they hold for me.


The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
