At the ten stages we do not apologise to our abusers or those that vomit their abusive dissociations over us.This is not RECOVERY but abuse. we finally develop the nerve to hold our traumatisers accountable for their actions. We trace the roots of emotional problems and addictive behaviour, to childhood conflicts, to childhood traumas, and often most specifically to abuses and dysfunctions by parents.


The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
