If we want to be Free we have to open ourself to the unthinkable possibility of full recovery.

The Ten Stages is a taught course of study.It takes place on-line and at The Stages Academy Middlesbrough and The Harmony Hub Redcar it consists of a weekly two and a half hour seminar, in which we have a discussion time, a guided meditation and sometimes a period of creative rehabilitation.  We have to learn to get out of the way of our recovery. We have to abandon everything we've been taught and everything we've been led to believe - all those limiting, confining, imprisoning, denying ideas, concepts and thoughts that we have picked up along our way. We have to make room for that which is unbelievable. We have to get out of the way. "Oh my God!" we'll start to say, "We didn't know it could be like this."

If we want to be free we have to open ourself to the unthinkable possibility of full recovery. We have to allow ourself to consider that which is immeasurable. We have to rise up. You have to open our mind, open our heart, and renounce our past completely.

The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
