Re-connected to who we really are.

What’s that mean?

It means to remember that at our centre we are our child within, intuition and joy. We have come here not to be needy and take, but to be full and give away to the world from that place of fullness and perfection.

When we remember who we are, the desire to chase, to grasp and to yearn stops. We remember that we are still a child within and were created to fulfil a very special purpose. We remember that one of the great promises of Life is that you will be provided for as we walk along the path of our recovery. Our fearful mind calms and the mind full of Faith emerges.

We remember that we are enough as we are and that nothing can prove otherwise, other than our own admission that we are less than who we really are.

When we remember who we really are, we surround ourself with understanding people. We bask in the fellowship of the child within and no longer accept or tolerate abuse and hate.

We pull back from judging others and instead keep our eyes on recovery purifying our own desires and intentions in the shining light of our child within.

We line up our thoughts with recovery and then the actions and the fruits of intuition naturally follow. We let go of the need to control and let our child within fill in the gaps, because our intuition generates its own intelligence and knows what we need even more than ourselves do.

When we remember who we really are, we understand ourself and our Child within enough to take care of our body with healthy foods, exercise, meditation and breath. We recover our mind enough to not let it run the show, and instead make time for meditation to calm it down so our understanding and child within shine through.

When we remember who we are, we embrace challenge and catastrophe with acceptance rather than disdain. We know that with the Light comes the Dark and that both are needed in the dance of recovery.

When we remember who we are, we are attractive to those who believe what we believe, the child within. We don’t see rejection as bad, but rather as a sorting device keeping unhealthy people away from us. We naturally and effortlessly find intuition because we already embody It.

When we remember who we are, life ceases to become difficult and transforms into an adventure we can’t wait to take.

When we remember who we are, we live our life following our child within so that when we get to the end, we say: “What a ride!” instead of wondering, “What if I had…?”

Remember who we really are the perfect child within today and all this & more will be ours.

The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice. We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
