Avoiding the deepest levels of pain is part of the fellowship denial. We replace the depression of the alcoholic with the grandiosity and dissociation of so-called recovery. This is a recovery step backwards we are lead to believe that full recovery is attainable by simply admitting the damage we’ve done to others and making amends. This is untrue. Admitting our past wrongs does lessen the cycle of guilt and shame, but does not resolve our own traumas – the damage done to us by our childhood. Our Child Withins traumas of disrespect and abuse must be addressed and fully grieved and mourned for a deeper healing to take place.This deep healing restores our intuitive voice and we start to gain our birthright peace, serenity and above all else freedom.




The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
