The more centred we become through child within study the less we hunt for external gurus to rescue us from our traumas, and consequently the less we need to play guru with our fellow stagers. Who tend to appreciate this, which reminds us both that ultimately we are our own healers, and that we are only a guides. We used to be more afraid that if our stagers became too empowered they’d all quit and while we still have this fear at times, it hasn’t proved true. And the exciting thing is, the more we do our inner homework the more we really do have something valuable to offer to others.
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice. We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
