Authenticity requires courage, tact, love and communication from your Heart.

It’s not emotional dumping without any responsibility for your impact on others.

Many times, people would rather dump their emotions – than be honest. Or, on the flip side, just withdraw and avoid speaking from their Heart at all costs.
