The basement of our childhood we fear to enter holds the treasure we seek. Fear of the unknown is our greatest fear. Many of us would enter a tiger's lair before we would enter a dark basement. While caution is a useful instinct, we lose many opportunities and much of the adventure of life if we fail to support the curious explorer within us and delve into our childhoods.
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice. We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
