WE come to believe that since there is a child within me

WE come to believe that since there is a child within us, that is, our true self within ourselves, that we can renounce that which is outside of us and beyond us – and that this external being creation, who is essentially little more than an idealised, fantasy parent, who we have come to believe is the root of our fantasy of rescues to save us must be rejected. Basically, We can take care of ourself because we have come to the realisation our wounded child can with the freeing gifts of truth, trust and consent can be healed/recovered completely.That we our damaged child can be restored to health, that we reject parental control and recognise its insanity in our lives and the mistaken idea that it can still save us!

 We just have to put our faith back into our child within – and hopefully we will act as a better parent than we had the first time around (the one who participated in crushing our true personality and making us into deranged people of the shadows with no true personality we became).
