We cannot examine the workings of our mind from afar

We cannot examine the workings of our mind from afar, if we are unaware of how our mind's continual thought-stream of low-presence thought has us trapped in a non-reality. Then we are unaware that we suffer from an illness that affects the many individuals that make up the whole of this system, and it is a sickness whose symptoms reveal themselves as minds racing to nowhere, rambling over and over and upon themselves to the point of madness, and that usually end up creating or inviting negativity onto themselves and/or those around them.Related articles
