Where we decide the recovery path of others, we violate them and disrespect their integrity. This only expresses the violations and disrespect to which we were subjected as children and to which we continue to subject ourselves through our own lack of emotional resolution. When we fail to honour the healing power that lies within others we only demonstrate our failure to honour the healing power within ourselves. Moving from our herd mentally out into autonomy frees us from the dictatorship of dysfunctional beliefs .
